PlaySafe Together

Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026

Who can use PlaySafe Together

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of the children in the profiles you create. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

What "verified" means

Membership in a school community is granted when a user redeems a valid invite code for that community, or when the adult who founded a family with such a code invites them into that family and they accept. Verification means only that. We do not verify identity documents, parentage, or criminal or sex-offender history, and we do not inspect homes. Decide what you share and whom you approve as you would with any playdate.

Families

The adult who redeems a code founds a family and may invite other adults into it. Invite only adults (18 or over) who are parents or guardians of your children — by inviting, you confirm that about each person you add, and you are responsible for whom you authorize. Adults in a family share the family's kid profiles, including medical notes, and can host and join sessions for those children. The founding adult may remove a member at any time, and any member may leave; either way, that adult's family-based verification ends immediately, and they would need their own invite code to rejoin the service under a new family. PlaySafe does not mediate family disputes.

A coordination tool — not supervision

PlaySafe Together helps families arrange play and study sessions. We are not a childcare provider, we do not host or supervise sessions, and we are not responsible for what happens at sessions arranged through the service. Parents and hosts are responsible for supervision, for their homes, and for the children in their care. You assume the ordinary risks of social gatherings for your family.

Conduct

Zero tolerance: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content or contact involving minors, sharing another family's address or information outside the app, and any attempt to contact children directly. Event message boards are for questions about that event — do not post phone numbers, addresses, or other contact details there. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, and we may report unlawful conduct to law enforcement. Report problems in the app — and in an emergency, call 911; in-app reports are not monitored around the clock.

Addresses

Event listings show a neighborhood or street name only. An exact address may be shared only through the app's approval flow, and only with attendees the host has approved. Do not copy or redistribute another family's address.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and are responsible for it. You grant us the permission needed to display it within your school community and operate the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law permits.

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Utah under Utah law, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and nothing here limits reports to regulators or law enforcement or claims that cannot be arbitrated by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing us.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Contact: support@playsafetogether.com.
